Job Description

Under the supervision of the VP of Operations and Clinical Director of Psychology, this full-time role involves providing behavioral health evaluations and treatment to patients via Telehealth. Services may be delivered in-person, virtually, or through a hybrid approach, based on clinician preference and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned patient caseload, providing assessments, counseling, therapy, and behavioral management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within facilities.
• Participate in clinical reviews and team consultations.
• Document interactions and progress in an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Deliver services according to scheduled facility assignments and work hours.
• Attend meetings and organizational communications.
• Administer psychological and cognitive assessments under supervision.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at other facilities as needed.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, with a hybrid work environment in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
