Role Description

Under the supervision of the VP of Operations and Clinical Director of Psychology, this full-time role involves providing behavioral health evaluations and treatment to patients via Telehealth. Services may be delivered through in-person visits, virtual appointments, or a hybrid approach, depending on clinician preference and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned patient caseload, providing diagnostic assessments, counseling, therapeutic interventions, and behavioral management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within assigned facilities.
• Participate in clinical case reviews and team consultations.
• Document patient interactions and progress in an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Deliver services according to scheduled facility assignments and work hours.
• Attend staff meetings and organizational communications.
• Administer psychological and cognitive assessments under the guidance of a licensed psychologist.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at other facilities as requested by management.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new clinical staff as needed.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000 USD annually, with a hybrid work environment based in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
