Job summary

LTE Care Plus, Inc. seeks an experienced LCSW to design and lead a new Family & Social Services program. You will establish intake processes, service protocols, and staffing, guiding care across children, adults, and seniors receiving ABA and behavioral health services.

You will implement evidence-based therapies, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure HIPAA-conforming documentation while building a sustainable program from day one.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license required.
• Experience launching or growing a clinical program.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and oversee a new Family & Social Services program.
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Develop personalized treatment and family support plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and crisis management.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases.
• Build referral pathways and community resources.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant EMR documentation.
• Track outcomes and support program evaluation.
