Job summary

LTE Care Plus, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our Family & Social Services program. This fully remote position provides clinical and supportive services to children, adults, and families in New York.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, LBAs, BTs, and other members of the treatment team to deliver evidence-based behavioral health care and family support. The role requires a NY license (LMSW/LMHC/LMFT) and at least 15 billable hours per week, with opportunities for

Job description

LTE Care Plus is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our growing Family & Social Services program. This position is fully remote and provides clinical and supportive services to children, adults, and families receiving services through LTE Care Plus.The clinician may work collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, BCBAs, LBAs, BTs, and other members of the treatment team to provide appropriate behavioral health and family support services.The position requires a minimum of 15 billable hours per week, with the opportunity to accept additional billable hours based on client availability, program needs, and the clinician's availability.The clinician must practice within the scope of their New York State license and maintain all applicable professional and payer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, family, couples, or group counseling and supportive services within the scope of the applicable license.Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment or service plans.Provide clinically appropriate and evidence-based interventions.Support clients and families with behavioral health, emotional, social, and family-related needs.Provide parent and caregiver education and support when appropriate.Coordinate care with BCBAs, LBAs, BTs, physicians, schools, and other providers.Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations as required.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Complete progress notes and other required documentation within established timelines.Monitor client progress and communicate clinical concerns or changes in treatment needs.Make appropriate referrals to community resources and outside providers when necessary.Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.Follow LTE Care Plus policies, procedures, clinical standards, and compliance requirements.Participate in required supervision, training, meetings, and professional development.Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, families, and members of the clinical team.Work Schedule and Billing ExpectationsFully remote position.Minimum of 15 billable hours per week.Clinicians may request or accept additional billable hours based on client availability and program needs.Schedule may be structured based on client needs and clinician availability.Clinicians are expected to maintain reliable availability for their assigned clients.All billable services must meet applicable payer, Medicaid, documentation, and clinical requirements.Non-billable administrative activities must be completed according to LTE Care Plus policies and applicable compensation requirements.License RequirementsLMSWActive New York State LMSW license and registration.Must practice within the scope of LMSW licensure.When providing clinical social work services, must receive supervision as required by New York State law and regulations.Must work within an authorized setting and under appropriate supervision when required.LMHCActive New York State LMHC license and registration.Must practice within the scope of mental health counseling.Must maintain all required professional credentials and registrations.LMFTActive New York State LMFT license and registration.Must practice within the scope of marriage and family therapy.Must maintain all required professional credentials and registrations.QualificationsRequired:Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or an appropriately related field.Active New York State LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT license, as applicable.Ability to provide services through a fully remote/telehealth environment.Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.Ability to manage an assigned caseload independently.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Professional judgment and commitment to ethical clinical practice.Preferred:Experience working with children and families.Experience with behavioral health, ABA, developmental disabilities, or related services.Experience working with Medicaid-funded services.Bilingual or multilingual skills.Additional clinical certifications or specialized training.
