Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Current California LCSW or Psychologist license; LPCC acceptable.
• Fluent Spanish-speaking ability highly desired.
• One year of directly related experience preferred.
• Experience in primary care consultation or health psychology beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting.
• Consult with primary care providers on mental health, substance use, and psychosocial concerns.
• Support patients with behavioral health needs related to chronic pain and chronic disease.
• Conduct screening, triage, evaluation, and assessment.
• Provide individual, family, and group interventions (CBT, contingency management).
• Offer crisis intervention and behavioral health support.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists for psychopharmacological consultation.
• Coordinate referrals and work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain documentation and participate in program evaluation.
