Sol Recovery Community, Inc. is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for full-time or part-time roles, based in Utah. The team provides care for individuals, couples, and families affected by substance use and domestic violence, with opportunities to supervise pre-licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid LCSW license + 2 years of experience as a licensed clinician.
• Experience in substance abuse and domestic violence counseling preferred.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning discussions.
• Supervise pre-licensed clinical staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

Compensation:

$85,000–$100,000 annually for full-time employment, depending on experience and supervisory responsibilities. Part-time compensation: $40–$48 per hour worked. Benefits eligibility depends on scheduled hours.
