Job summary

A leading national substance abuse & mental health organization is seeking a Licensed Social Worker for their Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Counseling program. Responsibilities include conducting patient intakes, assessments, individual and group sessions, and providing case management. Candidates must possess a mental health license (LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW) and flexibility is valued. This position is per diem, with a competitive hourly rate based on experience and location.

Qualifications

Must hold a mental health license or certification, clean and active.

Responsibilities

Conduct new patient intake and orientation.
