Qualifikationen

• Active LCSW or LICSW license in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to obtain Massachusetts DPH Early Intervention certification within three years of hire.

Aufgaben

• Deliver home-based early intervention services to young children and families.
• Participate in developmental eligibility assessments for birth to age three.
• Evaluate psychosocial functioning of families and children.
• Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies and activities.
• Provide individual or couples counseling to parents.
• Collaborate with team members and external providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Teach parents treatment strategies and foster partnerships.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with standards.
• Conduct intake visits and community developmental screenings.
