The role includes assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and discharge planning, with strict safety and contraband protocols.

The position collaborates with care management social workers to ensure coordinated care and a smooth discharge process, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license required.
• Experience providing behavioral health services in an inpatient or locked unit setting.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and contraband protocols in behavioral health environments.
• Proficiency in individual and group therapy techniques.
• Experience with discharge planning and care coordination processes.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM.
