Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive mental health care for inmates within a correctional facility. You will conduct intakes, assessments, and crisis interventions, delivering individualized treatment in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will lead group sessions, maintain meticulous documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while prioritizing safety and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LSW, LPC, or equivalent in the service state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health intakes, assessments, and crisis interventions.
• Provide individual and group counseling tailored to inmate/patient needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Maintain progress notes, treatment documentation, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care.
• Refer inmates/patients to external resources upon release.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold HIPAA and PREA regulations and participate in quality improvement activities.

Position SummaryThe Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides comprehensive mental health care and support to the inmate/patient population within a correctional facility.
