Job summary

Rizzetta & Company seeks a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee a diverse portfolio of community associations in Florida. The role involves enforcing governing documents, managing assets, finances, and daily interaction with boards and residents.

You will lead operations, coordinate with staff, and ensure compliance with state statutes and association rules. A minimum of three years’ experience and an active Florida LCAM license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the field or related area.
• Must have an active Florida LCAM license.
• Knowledge of Florida Statutes and association governing documents.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and Microsoft Office and Windows based applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Prepare annual operating budgets; forecast information; review income and expenses; approve payables.
• Communicate with boards and residents; supervise support staff.
• Organize and conduct board and membership meetings and association workshops.
• Ensure compliance with Florida association laws and relative governmental codes, laws, and ordinances.
