Job summary

DSA seeks an experienced LC/NC Developer to build and sustain Appian-based LC/NC workflows, interfaces, records, and integrations for secure mission delivery in a DoD context.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IS/SE, 4+ years in software engineering with 2+ years Appian, and an active Secret clearance. Prior experience with data objects, reusable components, and CI/CD is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/SE.
• Minimum 4+ years software engineering with at least 2+ years Appian experience.
• Active Secret clearance; DoD/Army experience is a plus.
• Experience with interfaces, process models, records, rules, integrations, data objects, reusable components; testing, peer reviews, releases, and production support.

Job description

LC/NC Developer Summary: Develop and sustains LCNC capabilities by configuring workflows, interfaces, records, integrations, business rules, and reusable components that support modernization and secure mission delivery.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems
• 4+ Years of software engineering, including at least 2+ years of hands-on Appian development.
• Appian Associate certification and Comp Tia Security+
• Experience with interfaces, process models, records, rules, integrations, data objects, reusable components, Agile stories, unit testing, peer review, releases, defect resolution, production troubleshooting, and requirements translation.
• Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
• Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$135,000-$145,000 USD
