Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing seeks a Scientist I to support LC/MS and related analytical methods in a full-time role in South Bend, IN. The position focuses on routine sample prep, data collection, and instrument operation in a compliant environment.

The candidate will work under close supervision, gain familiarity with methods, and participate in routine maintenance while adhering to safety and quality standards. B.S. in chemistry or related field required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years lab experience may substitute for degree.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
• Training in GMP/GLP and ability to work under supervision on routine methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sample preparation and chemical analysis using standard methods.
• Operate and maintain LC/MS instrumentation and related lab equipment.
• Record, report data accurately and communicate anomalies to supervisor.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards in all tasks.
