Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing is seeking a Scientist I to perform analytical testing under supervision, design experiments, and assist with method development and validation. You will operate a range of instruments and ensure data integrity, reporting results to clients while maintaining traceability and compliance.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Chemistry or BS with 2+ years in a commercial laboratory.
• Experience as Expert Witness on Legal and Insurance Cases is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with GC, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS and major analytical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing as directed following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate instruments including GC, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS and related equipment.
• Review and issue reports to clients and maintain QC data in LIMS.
• Support quality improvements through CAPA and corrective actions.
