Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is hiring for a Logistics Center Associate in Tracy, CA. The role involves rotating between shipping, receiving, and inventory control, and operating material handling equipment.

You will replenish workstations and maintain a safe, clean environment while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards. The position requires the ability to work overtime, comfort with daily computer use, and experience in a warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse position is preferred.
• RF scanner familiarity is a plus.

$18.25 Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Rotate between functions within the Logistics Center, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Replenish workstations with supplies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Meet productivity, quality, performance, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Comfortable using a computer on a daily basis.
• Available to work overtime when needed
• Highly energetic for a fast-paced environment.
• RF scanner experience.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walk for 8-12 hours and pull a pallet jack when needed.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and occupational hazards.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures and seek clarification when needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Identify potential safety risks and report concerns promptly.

Education

• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

Working Conditions

Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires. Distribution center environment may include: exposure to extreme temperatures high noise levels high places wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather conditions.

Must have working knowledge of the English language for training and safety purposes.
