Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Tracy, CA is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to rotate through shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will replenish supplies, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and help meet daily productivity and safety standards.

This role requires physical endurance, the ability to operate a pallet jack, lift up to 50 lbs, and use a computer for daily tasks. Overtime may be required; prior warehouse experience and RF scanner familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient with RF scanners and basic computer use.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walk/stand for 8–12 hours; operate pallet jack when needed.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.

Job description

• Rotate between functions within the Logistics Center, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Replenish workstations with supplies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Meet productivity, quality, performance, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Comfortable using a computer on a daily basis.
• Available to work overtime when needed.
• Highly energetic for a fast-paced environment.
• RF scanner experience.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Walk for 8-12 hours and pull a pallet jack when needed.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and occupational hazards.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures and seek clarification when needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Identify potential safety risks and report concerns promptly.

Education

• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

Working Conditions

• Occasional overtime or non-standard work hours may be required based on business needs.
• Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, elevated work areas, wet and/or humid conditions, and outdoor weather conditions.

Must have working knowledge of the English language for training and safety purposes.
