About the Role

LC Associate (Shift: 5:00am to 1:30pm). Pay: $18.00 + Equipment Differential.

In this role, you’ll be a permanent team member at one of our Logistics Centers (Warehouses). You’ll qualify for full corporate health benefits, earn additional pay for overtime, late shifts and equipment training, and have the opportunity to grow your career within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform to standards in multiple functions within the Logistics Center to include shipping, receiving, inventory control, and utilize various types of material handling equipment.
• Perform to standards in multiple functions (productivity, performance, safety, quality) – 20%
• Rotate from function to function within the logistics center to include shipping/receiving – 20%
• Operate material handling equipment – 20%
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment – 5%
• Replenish workstations with supplies – 5%
• Perform additional duties as assigned – 5%
• Meet attendance and punctuality standards – 25%

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Equipment experience on Double Pallet, Stand up, Turret, cherry picker, and Reach. Must have experience on some of the listed equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Working Conditions

• Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet and/or humid conditions, and outside weather conditions.
• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
• Consistent non-standard work or overtime as business requires.
• Must have working knowledge of English language for training and safety purposes.
