Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology required.
• Operational experience in an applied setting is preferred.

Licensed Behavior Analyst Clinical Supervisor

Impact lives as a LBA Clinical Supervisor with Northway Academy in Elk River!

The Clinical Supervisor works directly with the team at Northway Academy to do functional behavior assessments to lead in the development of effective positive behavior support plans. The Clinical Supervisor supervises the BCBA’s at that site and together will also provide training to team members to reinforce implementation of the plans for the individuals we serve.

Salary: $90,000-$95,000 / $2,500 Sign-On Bonus + Service Delivery Incentive Package

Required Education And Experience

• Masters in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Operational experience in an applied setting is preferred

• An ability to establish rapport easily and build positive relationships with individuals and coworkers alike.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of behavior management principles, program development and monitoring techniques.
