Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking Layout Technicians near Ft. Worth, TX to perform layout work per project prints. Duties include reading elevations, calculating rises/runs/slopes, and verifying level and plumb across structures using precision tools.

Candidates should be proficient with layout calculations, print interpretation, and maintaining accuracy under field conditions. Lift and OSHA 10 certifications are preferred prerequisites for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience reading prints and interpreting site drawings.
• Ability to calculate layout measurements including rises, runs and slopes per spec.
• Familiarity with ensuring level and plumb alignment on structures.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Mon - Sat, 50h+/week
