Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Layout Table Hand in Ponca City, OK to support layout and cutting operations at CNC plasma and laser cutting tables. You will load/unload materials, ensure proper positioning, and assist CNC operators to maintain continuous production safely.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to read instructions, and reliable attendance in a manufacturing setting. Prior fabrication experience is preferred, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
• Experience handling metal materials or working near CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts on CNC plasma and laser cutting tables.
• Safely handle and move metal sheets and cut components using material-handling equipment.
• Assist CNC operators to keep machines clear, clean, and ready for operation.
• Perform basic visual inspections of materials and finished parts for defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper scrap disposal.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements while working around cutting equipment.
• Report to work on time with consistent attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
