Job summary

Worksaver Material Handling Equipment, based in Shawnee, OK, is seeking a skilled CNC Brake Operator/CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our fabrication team. You will set up and run CNC press brakes and plasma tables to form and cut metal components to exact specs.

The role requires reading blueprints, inspecting finished parts with calipers and squares, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining safety standards in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brake and/or CNC plasma cutting equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and part specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers, squares, and tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components to specification.
• Operate CNC plasma cutting tables to cut metal parts with precision and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure correct part dimensions.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and squares for quality control.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, adjustments, and tooling changes as needed.
• Monitor material feed, cut quality, and machine performance throughout production runs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop safety standards.
