Granite Construction Incorporated is seeking a Drill Tech to join a crew of 3–4 on a mineral drilling site. This entry-level role requires rotating shifts and travel, and a valid driver’s license.
You will work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, operate and support drilling site equipment, and help with site setup and daily paperwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, construction or outdoor industry experience preferred, and be reliable, safe, and capable of long 10–12 hour shifts

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a small hand tools. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or push/pull up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
