Job summary

DSV is seeking a Layer Pick Operator for 1st shift in Wichita. The role focuses on inbound receiving and outbound picking, coordinating with internal teams, and processing orders via the DMS or Wrist units/Computers.

You will ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures in a fast-paced distribution center environment. The position requires attention to detail, experience with WMS/DMS, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 5am–1:30pm in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving and picking in a distribution center.
• Ability to operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and DMS.
• Maintain accuracy and time compliance while processing orders.

Responsibilities

• Follow parameters for Receiving/Picking/XDOCK areas.
• Process, sort and prep deliveries for routing to destination.
• Receive and process deliveries to stock per system locations.
• Pick and pack orders per work orders and instructions.
• Process orders accurately in the WMS.
• Maintain data integrity in the WMS and protect equipment.
• Safeguard customer parts and process orders within timeframes.
• Notify Lead or Supervisor of issues; maintain 5S cleanliness.
