Lawyer - Personal Injury Litigation Associate- Two positions

HEIDARI LAW GROUP, P.C., is a rapidly growing and successful Plaintiff's Personal Injury and Employment law firm with offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, serving California and Nevada. We are known for our ethical yet firm representation of clients and our reputation among adversaries.

We are seeking two Personal Injury Litigation Associates to join our team. Candidates should be eager to manage their own cases and gain trial experience. Unlike many firms, we handle cases from intake through trial, providing extensive opportunities for litigation, negotiation, and trial experience.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of civil litigation experience
• Ability to handle 40 to 70 cases depending on experience
• Experience in personal injury litigation and trial work is highly desirable
• Experience in employment law is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in legal research, Shepardizing, and KeyCite
• Experience with WestlawNext and/or LexisAdvance is a plus
• Federal court experience is welcome but not necessary; training provided

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases including products liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents
• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts
• Draft and file motions, oppositions, and discovery documents
• Prepare for trial, including motions in limine, jury instructions, and verdict forms
• Manage discovery and case documentation
• Draft complaints for various personal injury cases

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Nevada Bar license is a plus but not required
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and team collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
