Job summary

HireBus Inc. is seeking a Lawncare Technician to support customers in the Lewisville area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality lawn treatment services and outdoor care.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of lawn care experience, a valid Texas driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lawn care or landscape experience.
• Basic knowledge of plants, grasses, and weeds.
• Ability to operate a mid-size truck and motorized equipment.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Ability to work well with office staff and team members.
• Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilization and weed control treatments.
• Perform ornamental tree and shrub treatments.
• Communicate with customers during service visits.
• Update customer records in the CRM system.
• Safely operate company trucks, sprayers, and spreaders.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.

Pay: $18.50-$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
