Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties, safely and professionally.
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment.

• Educate customers on proper lawn care and tailor solutions to their property.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services that benefit the customer and grow the business.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while addressing questions on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site

Pay & Schedule

• $18.50–$19 per hour, based on experience
• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Year-round work, including winter season opportunities
