Mickman Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to direct a crew and manage daily grounds and turf tasks on-site in Ham Lake, MN. You will plan and execute duties, plant and maintain landscapes, and diagnose turf conditions, ensuring client satisfaction.

As part of the Davey family, this role offers opportunities for growth, on-site outdoor work, and coordination with management to meet landscape needs while utilizing company-provided equipment and safety gear.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Background in horticulture or landscaping preferred.
• Turf, weed, tree and shrub identification knowledge preferred.
• Ability to complete Davey landscape career development books upon hire.
• Ability to complete Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape crew to enhance property appearance and value through daily grounds and turf maintenance.
• Properly plant, trim, mow, weed, mulch, fertilize and related tasks.
• Learn to diagnose turf and shrub insect, disease, and cultural/environmental conditions.
• Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs.
• Drive and operate landscape equipment and maintain it properly.
