Job summary

Mickman Brothers, Inc. is seeking a CLS Landscape Technician to maintain client turf and grounds across seasonal projects. This on-site role entails operating and maintaining landscape equipment, mowing, trimming, edging, and caring for plants, trees, and shrubs to keep spaces visually appealing.

Based in Ham Lake, MN, the position is seasonal with opportunity for extension depending on location. Competitive wages start at $23–$26 per hour with company benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work in the field.
• Must complete required safety courses upon hire.
• Must complete Davey CDP books.
• Must acquire state applicator licenses as necessary per state requirements.
• Must be able to operate landscape power equipment.

Position Overview

The CLS Landscape Technician is responsible for the maintenance, care, and enhancement of client turf and grounds landscape projects and services, working with various tools and equipment to ensure landscapes and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. This is a seasonal position, depending on the regional location.

Job Duties

• Plant and care for plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Report to the supervisor regularly.

Qualifications
