Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional lawn care, turf care, treatment, or spray/application experience.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to independently manage a daily route.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, humidity, and changing weather.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work throughout the day.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• Comfortable communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete your own daily service route
• Apply liquid and granular fertilizer, weed control, and pest treatments
• Mix and measure products safely and accurately
• Operate and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and application tools
• Identify common lawn issues such as weeds, insects, disease, and nutrient problems
• Keep accurate service and product-usage records
• Communicate with customers and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles
• Meet quality, safety, production, and customer-service expectations
