Nader's Pest Raiders in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Lawn Care Technician to service lawn and ornamental customers. You will evaluate needs, apply fertilizer and pesticides, and maintain equipment and a company vehicle.

The role emphasizes independence, strong customer service, and a commitment to safety and industry standards. You will work a 40-hour week, with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass Florida's Best Management Practices exam for lawn care and maintain state licensing.
• Pass internal technical exams.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Maintain driving record per company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dress in approved Arrow uniform and present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage appointments with customers and diagnose lawn/ornamental issues.
• Identify insects, weeds, fungus, and other conditions; determine next steps.
• Explain treatment plans and options to customers; draw diagrams of the plan if needed.
• Collect payments after service and suggest additional services when appropriate.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and all assigned equipment; run your own route.
