Mosquito Squad in Chattanooga, TN is hiring Lawn Technicians to support a new Lawn Squad location. This full-time role involves outdoor service for multiple lawns daily and building relationships with homeowners as the face of the brand.

You’ll receive paid, hands-on training, weekly pay, and growth opportunities as the team expands. A customer-focused mindset and reliability are essential for success. You’ll work with a supportive, team-oriented crew and contribute to safe, quality lawn care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry 50-pound bags repeatedly.
• Ability to work long days outdoors, including in heat and varying weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Pass state licensing test.

Responsibilities

• Service 20-25 lawns per day with efficiency and care.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Communicate confidently with customers and identify service opportunities.
• Meet daily production goals as part of a supportive, team-oriented crew.
• Operate Zero Turn equipment and lawn application tools (paid training provided).
