Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing lawnmowers or small engines preferred.
• Knowledge of gas-powered and/or battery-powered lawn equipment.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair lawnmowers and small-engine equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot fuel, electrical, ignition, and engine problems.
• Repair or replace engines, carburetors, belts, blades, batteries, and other components.
• Assemble and prepare new equipment for customers.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service when needed.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
