Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and route crews to job sites.
• Ensure safety, quality control, client satisfaction, and efficiency of maintenance and enhancement crews.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members within budget.
• Coordinate with Account Manager and Administrator to keep client records up to date.
