Lawnify in Bridgeville is hiring a full-time Lawn Maintenance Foreman to lead a commercial crew. We primarily cut grass and perform seeding, fertilizing, leaf removal, and related lawn care tasks.

You’ll start early, with 7:30 am shifts Monday through Friday, and expect 8–12 hour days depending on weather and schedule. You don’t have to know everything at start—labor experience is required, but we provide full training.

Qualifications

Labor experience required.
Full training provided.
Ability to work 40+ hours weekly and long shifts.

Responsibilities

Supervise lawn crew and ensure quality work.
Train crew on company processes and safety.
Plan day-to-day schedule and weather-related changes.
Possibly perform snow removal during winter.

Job description

Lawnify Lawn Maintenance Foreman

We are offering a full time position for a team member on commercial lawn service crew. We mainly cut grass but also provide some other lawn and landscaping services like seeding, fertilizing and repairing lawns, leaf removal, pruning bushes etc.

We are located right in Bridgeville . We start at 7:30 am everyday Monday-Friday. We work anywhere from 8-12 hours, which is subject to change based on the weather, and schedule changes.
Must have labor experience. We can fully train you on our processes.

We are looking for teammates, not employees. A very no bullshit environment. We have a great team that all works good together and we are looking to add to it. Our equipment is high quality, serviced often, and easy to use. We do gratifying work that will keep you feeling good.

The work season generally starts around March 20th and ends around November 20th, you will be eligible for seasonal unemployment in between that time. We can help you get it set up like all our other employees. Foreman may be assigned to a snow removal rig for the winter, as well we may have side work during the non-growing season.
