Job Summary
Precision Landscape Management is now hiring a full-time permanent position as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member. Join our growing and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment! We value hard work and dedication and desire to see you grow with our company.
Typical Day
Start your morning at 7:30am
Assist in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
Represent the company well on-site through good communication with fellow team members or clients, maintain clean work sites and equipment.
Responsible for mowing, trimming, and blowing lawns.
Follow the process for maintaining each property.
Return to the shop once the route is complete.
Clean out trucks each afternoon for efficient job flow.

1-3 years of Lawn Maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to operate lawn mowers, string trimmer, backpack blower, and specialized equipment.
Has and is willing to expand horticultural knowledge.
Ability to develop a general working knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks.
Ability to learn and safely use the equipment on the job site.
Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
