Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking motivated Team Members to perform landscaping maintenance for our commercial clients. You'll gain hands-on experience in mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape care while developing skills for future Crew Leader opportunities.

These are full-time, year-round positions that transition into snow removal duties in winter. We offer competitive pay with excellent benefits and opportunities for advancement.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping maintenance tasks for commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, and other related duties.
• Operate and maintain equipment as trained.
• Assist in snow removal during winter months as part of the role.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
