Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and blowing.
• Assist with seasonal tasks : leaf removal, pruning, bed prep, clean-up, watering, and snow removal.
• Safely operate and help maintain lawn equipment including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.
• Spot and safely assist backing up company trucks and trailers.
• Prepare trucks and materials for daily routes.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional at all times.
• Communicate with Crew Leaders about job progress and any issues.
• Embrace opportunities to learn new skills and assist in training new team members.
• Represent Brilar in a positive, respectful, and professional manner.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation (zero-turn mowers, blowers, etc.).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work on your feet, and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Available and on-call during the winter season, including holidays and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and agree to random and incident-related testing.

Work Schedule
