Garpiel Group in Michigan is seeking a reliable lawn maintenance crew member to service commercial and residential properties. You will perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and other lawn care tasks, ensuring tidy, well-kept exteriors.

This role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and strong customer interactions; you will engage with homeowners and act as a daytime point of contact. Must be comfortable working outdoors and lifting equipment, in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work in outdoor environment.
• Attention to detail and detail oriented.
• Delivers quality work and services.
• Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time.
• Maintain a steady pace throughout day in extreme weather conditions.

A lawn maintenance crew member is responsible for maintaining both commercial and residential properties.

• Commercial and residential mowing
• Use of hand tools including power equipment (i.e. string trimmers, stick edgers, blowers).
• Pruning shrubbery and trees
• Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners
• Serves as a reliable source of contact throughout the day
