Job description

Job Title: Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Description: The Lawn Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for the weekly care and maintenance of both residential and commercial accounts.

Duties:

1. Complete all contracted work on each property visited during the week.
2. Understand the lawn maintenance process to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
3. Effectively troubleshoot any problems that might arise in the field.
4. Focus on attention to detail.
5. Drive truck and trailer.
6. Operate mowers, weedwhackers, and blowers efficiently throughout the workday.

Requirements:

• Experience operating zero-turn mowers, hydraulic or belt walk-behind mowers, push mowers, weedwhackers, backpack blowers, and various hand tools.
• Knowledge of professional standards for lawn maintenance on both commercial and residential properties.
• Ability to maintain energy levels throughout the workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience on a weekly lawn maintenance crew.
• Snow removal experience for winter work.
