Job summary

KING AND GEORGE LLC is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Laborer to care for the landscape around our El Centro properties. This role includes mowing, trimming, weeding, watering plants, and light cleaning of exterior areas.

The ideal candidate has several years of landscaping or cleaning experience, proficiency with power mowers, trimmers, and related tools, and the ability to follow directions and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of landscaping or cleaning experience.
• Horticulture knowledge and gardening technique familiarity.
• Familiar with fertilizers and pesticides.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping around designated areas.
• Mows lawns, trims weeds, and rakes leaves.
• Prepare soil and maintain bedding.
• Plant and maintain flowers, bushes, hedges, or shrubs.
• Perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Clean pedestrian surfaces and walls.
• Operate power equipment safely and effectively.
• Adhere to instructions and complete assignments.
