Hanagan Landscaping Inc. in southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise a crew on residential and commercial sites.

This role focuses on leading outdoor maintenance, operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring work is completed to company standards while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates have at least two years of crew leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as landscaping crew leader with references.
• Proficiency with landscaping equipment.
• Experience with spring and fall cleanups and hedge trimming.
• Ability to identify plants and weeds in a landscape setting.
• Ability to operate a truck and trailer efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card if not already held.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork.
• Demonstrated positive attitude and willingness to grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, weed trimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Oversee and participate in spring and fall clean-up projects.
• Perform hedge trimming and ensure proper care of plant beds.
• Identify and distinguish between plants and weeds in landscaped areas.
• Safely operate a truck and trailer to transport crew and equipment to job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Promote a positive, can-do attitude and foster a collaborative team environment.
