Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain site landscaping: lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, irrigation systems.
• Operate commercial mowers and landscaping machinery safely.
• Use precision tools and measuring instruments for tasks.
• Perform general facility maintenance (paint, drywall repair, flooring).
• Follow instructions, prepare material or supply lists as needed.
• Conduct equipment maintenance (oil levels, sharpen blades).
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Wear required safety equipment (eye protection, ear protection, PPE).
• Support salt brine application and snow removal during weather events.
