Job summary

Fairway Corp in Lilburn, GA is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for a full-time role. Starting pay is $18.00–$22.00 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

You will diagnose turf and shrub problems, perform aeration, pest control and fertilization, operate equipment safely, and work with a supportive team. Training provided, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team mindset.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services including aeration, pest control and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
