Job summary

Plant It Earth Sarasota is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for a full-time role starting at $18.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience. You will diagnose turf, weed, and shrub issues and apply environmentally responsible lawn care treatments, while delivering top-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities include aeration and fertilization, general landscaping support, and safe operation of tools. Training is provided; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
