Job summary

Nader's Pest Raiders in Florida is hiring a full-time Lawn Care Technician to evaluate and diagnose lawn and ornamental needs, using hand and powered equipment to apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides. You will run your own route and maintain company vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

Pass Florida Best Management Practices exam for lawn care and maintain licensing as required.
Pass internal technical exams.
Present professional appearance including a company uniform.
Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose lawn and ornamental needs and apply treatments using hand and powered equipment.
Identify issues and explain next steps to customers.
Maintain a company vehicle and equipment and manage route logistics.
Schedule and conduct appointments and ensure quality service.
