Nader's Pest Raiders in Florida is seeking a full-time Lawn Care Technician to service lawn and ornamental customers by diagnosing needs and applying fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides. You will maintain a company vehicle and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.

Your role involves scheduling with customers, conducting thorough property inspections, explaining treatment plans, and assisting with payments and follow-up services. Evening and weekend work is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass the Florida Best Management Practices exam for lawn care and maintain any required licensing.
• Pass internal technical exams.
• Possess a current Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; present a professional appearance in Arrow uniform.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and keep appointments with customers, and ask about issues they are experiencing.
• Identify insects, weeds, fungi, and other lawn/ornamental conditions from property inspections.
• Explain proposed treatment plan and next steps to customers.
• Complete service and collect payments; suggest additional services as needed.
