Emerald Lawns in Texas is hiring an Application Technician to provide high-quality lawn care for residential and commercial properties. We offer paid training from day one and the tools, guidance, and support you need to grow with our fast-growing company.

You will apply treatments, perform soil analysis, educate customers, and identify upsell opportunities while staying safe on-site. A valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check and drug test, and being 21 or older are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement).
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-service driven.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment.
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases.
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site.
