Emerald Lawns in Euless, TX is hiring an Application Technician to join our outdoors-focused team. You will deliver high-quality lawn care for residential and commercial properties, with training provided from day one.

This role offers year-round, hourly pay of $19–$20, with a non-exempt schedule and opportunities for advancement as you build skills. We provide modern equipment and a supportive environment that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site
