Emerald Lawns is hiring an Application Technician to service residential and commercial properties with safe, timely lawn care. You'll join a fast-growing company that provides paid training from day one, modern trucks, and opportunities for advancement from within.

Responsibilities include applying treatments, analyzing soil, and educating customers on lawn care tailored to their property. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with year-round work and potential bonuses for performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-service driven.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment.
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases.
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site.
