Gecko Green Lawn Care and Pest Control is seeking hardworking technicians in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role covers applying lawn products, driving a company truck, and responding to customer requests in person or by phone.

Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome. We offer an above-average base salary with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, paid training, a 401(k) with matching, PTO/holidays, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, drug screen and DOT Physical.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and product to lawns according to route and label.
• Drive a company truck on a daily route.
• Reply to customer requests for information by phone and in person.
• Complete applications per customer notes and specifications.
• Provide quotes for additional services as needed.
• Provide service quotes based on yard size and needs.
• Complete production reports, sales forms, and invoices daily.
• Communicate with management about changes to applications.
